Can I switch plans after I sign up?
Yes. Upgrade anytime in the app. Each tier includes everything in the tier below. Annual billing saves two months compared to paying monthly.
Is a credit card required to start the free trial?
No. The 30-day trial unlocks all tiers with no payment method required. You can activate a paid plan when you are ready.
What are the trial limitations?
The trial includes one AI Risk Assessment Agent run. All other features follow Governance-tier access for the 30-day period. One trial per organization.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel through the billing portal in the app or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your organization data is not used to train third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your data while your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days so you can request an export before deletion. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
Does InfoDefenders provide legal compliance?
InfoDefenders is a governance and evidence tool — not legal advice. NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act features provide alignment indicators for internal review, not legal classification or regulatory certification.
